Shipping

I will ship out your order as quickly as possible following the purchase. It can take 3-5 days depending on circumstances. Once the parcel is with the courier, they normally deliver in the following 4-6 days within the UK. For shipments abroad, delivery times may vary and be as long as 2-3 weeks depending on the country of destination. 

When an item is sent from my studio to be shipped abroad, it is in the jurisdiction of the receiving country’s postage service and customs. If for whatever reason something goes missing, please get in touch with me and the postage companies.  Occasionally things can go wrong, in which case please get in touch and I will do my very best to resolve the situation as soon as possible.

There might be tax or customs charges on some items shipped abroad. Please keep in mind that you may need to pay customs fees upon pick up of your parcel.

 

Care recommendations

My work is made with high temperature fired stoneware, meaning they are more susceptible to chipping compared to mass produced wares. Please bear in mind that my pieces, although, functional and durable, have characteristics such as roughening and scoring, which can make them more fragile than regular mass produced ceramics.

Although dishwasher and microwave safe, I recommend refraining from it where possible, in order to prolong usage. Matte glazes and unglazed surfaces will inherently stain or mark over time, please avoid using any strongly staining foods and liquids. Value your handmade ceramics, and treat them with care.

 

Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within a reasonable timescale and will be refunded minus postage costs. Buyer must cover the return postage unless the incorrect item was received or damaged. Items damaged in transit will be refunded in full (please send photos including the packaging). Please get in touch via email for postage details, or to arrange a refund. We cannot replace or refund items that have been lost after being ‘left safe’ by the courier at your request.

Used items cannot be returned or refunded.
